Beyond ICT was established in 2014 to assist companies with their Information, Communication and Technology requirements.

Voice

Beyond ICT offers quality affordable voice solutions to business customers nationally. Through strategic partnerships Beyond ICT has secured numerous Service Provider agreements with some of the biggest telco’s, including the largest African carrier of VOIP call traffic. Beyond ICT has ensured that quality is never compromised, whilst maximising savings.

Hosted PBX

VBX is a cost effective, feature rich, scalable and future-proof cloud-based PBX offering. The VBX platform is replicated and hosted in numerous points of presence across South Africa, making this the ideal solution for a company looking for guaranteed uptime and availability.

The VBX solution is fully scalable and users can be added and deleted with ease.

Open Access Fibre

Beyond ICT and its strategic partners have successfully built and operate a number of open access fibre precincts on behalf of various landlords across South Africa. We implement and manage our own fibre deployment, which includes micro trenching technologies and pre-terminated fibre drop cables. Single deployed managed networks offer landlords and tenants a multitude of benefits, including significantly reduced business connectivity charges and rapid deployment timeframes, to name a few.

SDWan

Our partnerships support state of the art SDWan solutions.
Providing guaranteed uptime by utilising multiple mediums of connectivity that failover automatically without the user being aware that a link has dropped, i.e. a VOIP call running over a primary link that fails and the SDWan technology keeping the call live by automatically routing over a secondary connection.

LTE, DSL & IPC

By utilising LTE and DSL IPC accounts, Beyond ICT and its partners can deliver quality and cost effective voice connectivity solutions to small businesses who are budget-sensitive. LTE is available widely in South Africa and is ideal for companies looking to integrate remote sites and smaller offices with primary locations on a single deployed Hosted PBX. DSL IPC accounts can be loaded onto existing Telkom DSL services, allowing the customer to take advantage of our highly cost effective VOIP telephony call rates. We do not bring any internet bound data traffic into the IPC environment. This means that bandwidth is dedicated for voice only, providing the user with superb quality calls at significantly reduced rates.

Hardware

Beyond ICT through strategic partnerships is able to provide large scale deployments of hardware. From desktops to the latest data centre servers and everything inbetween. Most of our clients take advantage of our cost effective pricing for hardware across the board. While preferring to do their own internal deployment. In any event we strive to deliver to all our clients high expectations
